Photography Session Terms and Conditions
Kinga Witalis, All Ways Outside Photography
1. Booking and Payment
-
A session is considered booked after making a reservation on the official photographer's website https://all-ways-outside.bookmy.art and paying a non-refundable deposit of €40.
-
Failure to pay the deposit within 3 days of booking will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
-
If the session date is changed, the deposit will be applied to the new date. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
-
For sessions outside Madrid, individual arrangements may apply, including deposit amount, travel, or accommodation costs.
-
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session or on the day of photo selection.
-
The valid price list is the one published on the photographer’s website.
-
Editing of the photos begins only after full payment for all selected images has been received.
-
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, BIZUM, and Revolut.
-
Making a reservation confirms that the client has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
-
A booking made through the website is not binding until it has been confirmed by the photographer. In some cases, it may be necessary to change the date. It is recommended to contact the photographer via WhatsApp or email before making a reservation.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
-
A session can be canceled or rescheduled no later than 3 days before the scheduled date.
-
If canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.
-
In case of bad weather or illness, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
-
A session can be rescheduled only once.
-
If the client does not show up without prior notice, a fee of 75% of the agreed package price applies.
3. Studio Sessions
-
The published price list applies only for sessions held at Clavícula Estudio, C. de Ercilla, 48, Arganzuela, 28005 Madrid.
-
If the client wishes to hold the session in a different studio, the studio rental fee according to that studio’s pricing will be added to the session cost.
4. Session Process

-
Midi Package – up to 3 locations, max. 1.5h, max. 2 outfits
-
Maxi Package – unlimited locations, max. 3h, max. 4 outfits

-
For children's sessions, parents/guardians are required to supervise the child.
-
If an animal is present during the session, the guardians must maintain full control and are responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
5. Session Atmosphere and Safety
-
The photographer’s priority is the well-being of all participants, especially children.
-
The session takes place in an atmosphere of respect and safety.
-
If verbal or physical abuse occurs, the photographer reserves the right to interrupt the session.
-
In such cases, the client is required to pay the full session fee.
-
Verbal abuse towards children is strictly prohibited and cannot be used as a method to motivate posing or cooperation.
6. Photo Selection and Editing
-
1–2 days after the session, the client receives a link to a private online gallery.
-
The gallery contains a preliminary selection made by the photographer, with basic, draft editing. At this stage, the photographer selects – based on professional judgment – the best moments of the session.
-
From the provided gallery, the client selects their favorite images, in the number included in their package.
-
If the client wishes to receive more images, it is possible to:
-
Purchase additional individual photos (€7/photo)
-
Upgrade to a higher package (one level up)
It is not possible to downgrade to a lower package.
-
-
The photographer may offer customized pricing for specific assignments. In such cases, the agreed pricing applies while the remaining terms remain valid.
-
After selection and payment, final editing of the chosen images begins.
-
Photo editing includes:
-
Color correction,
-
Removal of minor background imperfections,
-
Background alignment and filling (studio photos),
-
Fixing minor clothing issues (e.g., visible tags),
-
Removal of small imperfections on the skin (e.g., blemishes, rashes, bruises, etc.).
-
-
Editing does not include significant alterations to the subject’s appearance (such as slimming, changing face or lip shape, etc.).
-
After receiving the final images, the client may request one round of minor corrections.
7. 3-Session Photography Package (Abono)
-
The package can be purchased for 3 sessions of the same type.
-
The package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and in justified cases can be extended up to 9 months.
-
No refunds are given if the sessions are not used.
-
It is not possible to downgrade the package and receive a refund for the difference.
-
It is possible to upgrade the entire package or individual sessions to a higher package; in this case, the price difference according to the package pricing must be paid.
-
The package prices are based on the outdoor session price list, but the package may also be used for studio sessions – in this case, a studio supplement is applied for each studio session booked within the package:
-
Monday–Friday: +€15/session
-
Weekend: +€30/session
-
-
The supplement is fixed and applies to each individual studio session, regardless of the number of photos in the package.
