Photography Session Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

A session is considered booked after making a reservation on the official photographer's website https://all-ways-outside.bookmy.art and paying a deposit of 20 euros.

The remaining amount is payable on the day of the session or on the day of selecting the photos. Editing begins upon receipt of payment.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, BIZUM, PayPal, and Revolut.

Making a reservation confirms that the client has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A session can be canceled or rescheduled no later than 3 days before the scheduled date.
-
If canceled after this period, the deposit is non-refundable.
-
In case of bad weather or illness, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

A session can be rescheduled only once.
-
If the client does not show up without prior notice, a fee of 75% of the agreed package price applies.
3. Session Process

The duration of the session, number of locations, and number of outfits depend on the selected package:

Mini Package – 1 location, 1 outfit, max. 45 min

Midi Package – up to 3 locations, max. 1.5h, max. 2 outfits

Maxi Package – unlimited locations, max. 3h, max. 4 outfits

The photographer is not responsible for delays caused by the client (e.g., late arrival).

For children's sessions, parents/guardians are required to supervise the child.
4. Photo Selection and Editing
-
The client receives a gallery of pre-selected photos.
-
The client can select the number of photos included in their chosen package (Mini – 5 photos, Midi – 15 photos, Maxi – 40 photos). Additional photos can be purchased at €6 per photo, or the package can be upgraded to a higher package (downgrading is not possible).

The photographer may offer customized pricing for specific assignments. In such cases, the agreed pricing applies while the remaining terms remain valid.

Photo editing includes:

Color correction,
-
Removal of minor background imperfections,
-
Background alignment and filling (studio photos),
-
Fixing minor clothing issues (e.g., visible tags),
-
Removal of small imperfections on the skin (e.g., blemishes, rashes, bruises, etc.).

Editing does not include significant alterations to the subject’s appearance (such as slimming, changing face or lip shape, etc.).

After receiving the final images, the client may request one round of minor corrections.
5. Turnaround Time

The photographer will send the photo selection gallery within 2 business days after the session.
-
The final edited photos will be delivered within 15 business days after the client selects their images.
-
In the case of high demand, the turnaround time may be extended, and the client will be informed accordingly.
6. Copyright and Photo Usage
-
The photographer retains copyright to all images.
-
Photos may be used in the photographer’s portfolio, website, and social media channels only with the client’s consent.
-
The client has the right to personal use of the photos (prints, social media, etc.).
-
Editing, applying filters, or cropping photos without the photographer’s permission is prohibited.
7. Liability and Safety
-
The photographer is not responsible for any material or personal damage that may occur during the session.
-
The photographer is not liable for the client’s belongings during outdoor sessions (e.g., in case of theft).
-
The client must comply with all safety rules at the session location.
8. Additional Services
-
Prints, albums, and other products are available upon request and agreement, with a separate price list.
